OR, you can view it right here in a browser window.

  • We follow all the safety guidlines when it comes to safe sleep for babies. It’s called the ABC’s of Safe Sleep.

    Babies sleep:

Alone (no blankets, pillows, other children, or stuffed animals,

On their Back (when able enough to roll back to front and front to back and they roll during sleep we leave them, but still always lay them down on their back.)

In a Crib (or similar sleep equipment like a pack and play).

To read more about this please visit DCYF website.

  • Our regular nap time is from 12:30-2:30.

Each child has their own assigned 2” waterproof foam mat. We provide the sheet and a blanket (or bring your own blanket but it must be kept here). We do daycare laundry ever weekend so you never have to remember to bring back the nap sheet.

Children can have one stuffed animal nap buddy from home, also kept here, but you can switch it out whenever you want.

Does your child not nap anymore? That’s okay, we have children do at least 20-30 minutes of quiet rest time on their mat, and if they’re not asleep yet then they can play quiet activities in the main room while everyone else is sleeping in the green room, or they can even go outside on the patio if it’s nice.

  • We follow the food group guidelines so don’t worry, we won’t be giving them fish crackers and cheese all day.

Parents provide their child’s own lunch. We have a microwave to warm up food (If it takes over a minute to warm then it’s probably not a good option). Parents must also try and follow food group guidelines.

Click the Nutrition Guidelines for more information on balanced diet.

We post a 2 week menu on the kitchen bulletin board the Friday before those two weeks as well as email it on the weekend.
